12 Sept (Sat): FREE Hornbills and more with Alpana Ahuja

Many different wonderful species of birds live on the island of Pulau Ubin! Children can join artist Alpana LIVE as she draws the different birds commonly sighted at Ubin, with focus on Hornbills. Some interesting facts will be shared as the children draw and paint. 

12 Sept (Sat): Island Tales and Forest Fables with Cicada Tree Eco-Place

Missing on the nature and wildlife in Pulau Ubin? 

Join Cicada Tree Eco-Place with their self-guided tour where families with young children aging 6 to 11 years old can discover Pulau Ubin and shape Ubin's landscape by planting trees to create forest for wildlife. Families can form up to a group of maximum 5 members. Local stories about local wildlife will be shared along the way too! Environmental Education NGO promoting nature conservation and eco-living too!

Pesta Ubin and Ubin Day 2020 are here again!

Pesta Ubin and Ubin Day are happening! 

Pesta Ubin is an annual celebration of Pulau Ubin, where Ubin-loving community groups organise a series of events that showcases the rich natural and cultural heritage we have on the island. Ubin Day is the last hoorah of the festival, with all the fun and excitement at its peak.

Undeterred by COVID-19, we are bringing the fun right to your doorstep! Enjoy the beauty of nature and heritage of Ubin, in the comforts of your home, with our exciting line-up of virtual activities! There’ll be virtual talks and tours, sharing on topics like the biodiversity found in Ubin as well as kampong restoration.
